When a garden has got out of hand
After a long absence, a wet winter or a few months without care, a garden on the Costa del Sol can quickly become a jungle. Weeds grow tall, grass dries out and branches pile up.
We bring it back to a clean, usable state in one go. After that, you can decide whether you want regular maintenance or not.
- Brush cutting tall grass and scrub
- Removing weeds and dry grass
- Picking up fallen branches
- Clearing up after storms
- Taking away all green waste
Fire prevention before summer
Dry grass and scrub burn very easily in the Andalusian summer. In Andalusia, owners of plots near forest areas must keep the vegetation cleared, and this matters most before the fire risk season starts.
The best time to clear is in late spring, once the grass has dried but before the hottest months. If your property is near pine woods or open hillside, for example around Casares, Benahavís or the hills above Estepona, we recommend a clearance every year.
Before selling or renting your property
First impressions count. A cleared, tidy garden makes a property look cared for in photos and at viewings. It also makes it easier for buyers or guests to see the space.
We often do one-off clearances before a sale, before a rental season starts, or after a long period when nobody has been at the property.
How it works
Send us a WhatsApp message or use the form. Photos of the garden or plot help a lot. We visit or look at your photos and send you a free quote with no obligation.
You do not need to be there on the day. We clear the area, take all the green waste away and send you before and after photos via WhatsApp.
